1. Prohibited content
You may not use Dream Library to create, submit, request, publish, or distribute content that includes:
Dream Library applies a strict 13+ content ceiling to prompts, imported manuscripts, generated stories, audiobooks, blueprints, listings, reviews, and co-reading contributions. Even when otherwise lawful, content intended only for mature or adult audiences is not permitted.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or grooming content.
- Non-consensual sexual content, exploitative sexual violence, or sexual extortion.
- Explicit sexual acts, pornographic content, exposed genitals, or nudity.
- Graphic gore, dismemberment, sadistic violence, or detailed depictions of torture.
- Content that promotes, celebrates, or glamorizes hard-drug use. Brief neutral references to alcohol, tobacco, or drugs may be permitted when suitable for a 13+ audience.
- Any other clearly mature-only, adults-only, 18+, XXX, or NC-17 material.
- Credible threats, terrorism support, violent extremism, or instructions for serious violent wrongdoing.
- Hate speech, targeted harassment, or degrading content directed at protected groups.
- Self-harm, suicide, or eating-disorder encouragement or instructions intended to cause harm.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, identity theft, or deceptive political or commercial manipulation.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems or accounts.
- Illegal content, stolen material, or content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing product limits, moderation systems, payment flows, or safety controls.
- Bulk scraping, automated account creation, or unauthorized data extraction.
- Using another person’s account or credentials without permission.
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, referral systems, payouts, or marketplace visibility.
- Submitting false abuse reports or interfering with moderation or investigations.
3. Marketplace integrity
Marketplace participants must:
- Have the rights needed to publish the listing and any related assets.
- Accurately describe the content being offered.
- Publish only material that complies with Dream Library’s 13+ content ceiling.
- Comply with takedown, moderation, and dispute-resolution requests from Dream Library.
4. Enforcement
Dream Library may remove content, freeze payouts, suspend listings, restrict features, disable generation, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal, safety, or operational risk. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities where required.
5. Reporting
To report abusive, infringing, unsafe, or illegal content, contact support@dream-library.app. For urgent legal or rights issues, use legal@dream-library.app.
