Orders Apps B.V. handles these Dream Library contacts:
For a formal notice, use the subject Legal notice — Dream Library and
include your contact details, the account, content, or transaction concerned, the basis
for the notice, and the action you request. Postal notices may be sent to Orders Apps
B.V., Dagmaatstraat 6, 1445 GA Purmerend, the Netherlands (Netherlands Chamber of
Commerce/KvK 96492589).
Account deletion
In Dream Library, open Profile and choose
Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email
privacy@dream-library.app from the
address tied to your account. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also remove Dream
Library in Apple Account Settings after deletion. Full instructions are available at
dream-library.app/account-deletion.
Third-party AI consent
Dream Library shows feature-specific permissions before sending relevant content to
Anthropic, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or Fish Audio. If your installed version includes
Profile > Third-party AI permissions, withdraw a permission there.
Otherwise, or if you cannot access the app, email
privacy@dream-library.app with the
subject AI consent withdrawal and name the relevant feature. Withdrawal
prevents new covered provider-processing requests, but cannot stop a request already
underway, recall data already sent, or undo completed processing. It may make that
generation, import, or audiobook feature unavailable. See the
Privacy Policy for details.
Cancel a subscription

Apple App Store: cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings.

self-service cancellation is not shown.
Refunds are handled by the original purchase channel and applicable consumer law.
Audiobook creation
Audiobook creation is available for eligible books in your library, subject to usage
limits. Separate audiobook add-ons are not currently offered. Dream Library shows
current availability before creation.
Existing audiobooks and completed purchases remain available. For help, email
support@dream-library.app.
Safety and marketplace reports
To report harmful, infringing, abusive, or policy-violating content, email
support@dream-library.app with the
listing, book, or user details involved. For urgent legal or rights claims, use
legal@dream-library.app.
