Account deletion

If the in-app delete-account flow is available in your version of Dream Library, you can remove your account from the profile area of the app. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@dream-library.app from the address tied to your account. Full account-deletion instructions are available at dream-library.app/account-deletion.

Cancel a subscription

  • Apple App Store: cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Google Play: cancel from your Play Store subscriptions page.
  • Web purchases: contact support@dream-library.app for help if self-service cancellation is not shown.

Refunds are handled by the original purchase channel and applicable consumer law.

Audiobook add-on update

Dream Library no longer requires a separate audiobook add-on for supported books. We plan to remove the four legacy audiobook add-ons from sale on 16 July 2026. Audiobook creation and listening remain available at no extra cost, subject to usage limits.

Existing audiobooks and prior purchases remain available. No action is required. For help, email support@dream-library.app.

Safety and marketplace reports

To report harmful, infringing, abusive, or policy-violating content, email support@dream-library.app with the listing, book, or user details involved. For urgent legal or rights claims, use legal@dream-library.app.
